Over the years I have heard great things about brand Nip+Fab! Loved by many a celebrity (Fearne Cotton, Jennifer Aniston, Olivia Palermo and Jennifer Lopez), it was no wonder that thousands of consumers queued around the block when the Frown Fix "miracle" cream launched in Boots back in May last year!

PREP FOR SUMMER Week2: Whiter Teeth
Week2- Teeth Whitening
A rather small prep your body week- it took me a while doing my research on the best teeth whitening products already on the market before starting. Products range from teeth whitening toothpaste by Sensodyne (£3.15) and Pearl Drops (£8.16) to more of a quick fix last minute Whitening Systems that can range up to around £35 that "guarantee" results in several hours.
I decided to tried the 1week Rapid White 1 week Tooth Whitening System.

Are you ready for summer? It's that time of year again, to start buffing our bodies to bare all by the pool! Daunting isn't it? Well lets try it step by step! We still have plenty of weeks... each week I will post one way to help get your body in ship shape for that summer holiday :)
