Roll on Dior's new collection for this Autumn/Winter- Gold Jungle! Avant-garde, sophisticated and sensual, the jungle motif has been one of the trademark signatures of the House of Dior from the start. Actress Marlene Dietrich and Mitzah Bricard (the muse and friend of Monsieur Dior) were its first ardent ambassadors With each decade since and all the runway shows, variations of leopard print, in dots or all-over patterns, continue to be cleverly reinterpreted. So what is new for this collection?
Golden Jungle for AW12 is revamped and infused with hints of gold. The colour palette remains neutral with molten neutrals, deep chocolates and khaki greens. With the animal print theme running throughout all the products there is a suggestion of feminity and feline attraction but with a walk on the wild side! It's limited edition to make sure you grab it quick!

One key product in the collection are the nail varnishes. Dior has taken the addictive nail effects trend and given it a chic makeover. A gold base colour (148) with a khaki topcoat (608) - you can make a unique crocodile effect! Not only that, there are two new Vernis Nail Colours to add to the overall range- 605 Amazonia (khaki green) and 615 Bengale (chocolate brown). Both perfect colours for the autumn look!
My other key line in the range is the lip and eye duo palette that comes in a very gorgeous velvet pouch. The eye shadow is like no other- with 3 colours combined together in a leopard print pattern. The trio of colours combined help to brighten the eyes. Not only that, but you get a pearly pink lip gloss to compliment! To continue on with the lips, there are now 4 new shades to the Dior Addict Lipsticks. From bronzed pink to deep berry- there's one to suit everyone!
Colours include: 816 Instinct (warm rose brown), 646 Wild (copper hue), 852 Fatale (sweet rosy red) and 962 Daring (burgundy).
