TOP TIPS: Scrub up for Autumn

Summer is officially over- the cold, wet and miserable winter weather is firmly on its way and its time to brush the dust off those coats and boots! Out comes the hosiery, scarves, gloves and hats to cover up and keep warm to protect your skin from the harshness of winter. But how else can we protect our skin? What we require are good cleansers to scrub up the skin and keep it moisturised.

HOW - TO: Cleanse your face properly

STEP1: Soak a cotton ball with eye makeup remover, close your eyes and gently press onto the eyelids.  Hold for a few seconds and then swipe away.
STEP2: Cleanse your face  by massaging in a cleanser  in circular motions to stimulate  your skin  and bring the oxygen to the surface to give you a healthy glow!
STEP3: The average person generates a new layer of skin every 2-4weeks and so it is essential to exfoliate your skin on a regular basis in order to speed up this process. Exfoliating correctly will leave your skin fresh.
STEP4: Finish off with a face mask to draw out further impurities that lie beneath the top skin layer to help brighten and hydrate your complexion.
